John Dowling

I am currently a freshman studying finance at Western Michigan University holding a 4.0 GPA. I am an extremely driven and goal oriented person pursuing a career in investment banking, asset management, consulting, or private equity. On top of my coursework mainly consisting of economics, accounting, and enterprise I also take self study courses through Kaplan Financial as well as Wall Street Prep - the former focusing on life and health insurance and the latter focusing on financial valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. I am looking for a summer internship position to expand my knowledge and experience as well as network with other individuals in the industry to help bolster my future career in finance. Also, I am a member of the Financial Services Club as well as the WMU Rugby Team here at Western. Recently inducted member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society and; was put on the Dean's List at the Haworth College of Business
